healthy cooking

Trying to give your meals a healthy twist? Perhaps you want to cook more delicious greens, whole grains or beans, but haven’t a clue how. Join me for one of my healthy cooking playshops and learn about some of the organic, natural and seasonal ingredients that you can incorporate into your menu plans easily. Sometimes I host cooking classes in Cultivating Health’s kitchen, but you are always welcome to pull together a group of friends a bottle or two of wine and we can cook in my kitchen on yours. Contact me to schedule a date and for pricing details.

Class size is limited to 8 students and the curriculum is geared towards 3rd through 5th grades although I can design programs for other grade levels. Groups must provide two adult volunteers, or Cultivating Health can provide staff for an additional fee.
